Another Podium Finish at the Title Fight in Irwindale!

The 2022 Formula Drift season is now over, and the results are in. On Friday, for the finale in Irwindale we were able to qualify 2nd and 5th for the main event on Saturday.

Jeff Jones led the team on race day and took his first ever podium spot finishing in 3rd Place.

Overall, GT Radial Placed 5th in the series with Chris Forsberg and his 2023 Nissan Z, Travis Reeder placed 7th.

This year GT Radial was able to surpass Falken Tire in the “Tire Points Cup” which is a huge accomplishment being that Falken Tire has dominated the series in the past.

Our team was on the podium six out of eight races this season and we have shown that our tires can win a championship in the future.
